Evans Builds the Claim File for You

At Evans, we believe that the restorer should create all the documentation you need to close the claim fast.

Within 48 hours of pack out we provide a detailed inventory of all items along with a not to exceed Xactimate estimate so you can set reserves with confidence. Unless additional items are added to the job later, you will never pay more than this estimate.

Once the loss is processed we will provide an inventory of both unacceptable and uncleanable items, both of which are boxed separately and stored to be returned to the policyholder.

Along with the final invoice we provide our Restorer’s Report, which summarizes the results in terms of a variety of metrics including number of items processed, number of acceptable items and success rate as a percentage.

All documentation is provided to you via e-mail or fax as you prefer.
