An Account Manager on Every Loss

We know that communication between all involved parties is the key to clos­ing claims quickly and delivering maximum policyholder satisfaction. That’s why we assign an Account Manager to every claim.

Your Account Manager or a highly trained Field Rep will meet you and the policyholder on-site to evaluate the loss and conduct the pack out. The Account Manager will then function as the primary point of contact until the claim is closed
